We owe it to ourselves to prioritize health and fitness! This is where I come in. My name is Kate Hendricks, and I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I have trained clients all over the country and now work in the DC metro area.
As my client, your success becomes my priority. I will help you figure out what your fitness goals are, plan how to move towards them, and accompany you along the path to improved quality of life. I believe in variety and making fitness fun. After a fitness assessment, your customized personal training program will include the things that are going to challenge you as an individual.
